Hail Yeah is a paintless dent repair shop in southeast Calgary, Alberta. We repair hail damage and everyday dents by working the metal back from behind the panel, so the vehicle keeps the paint it left the factory with. What we actually do

Paintless dent repair is a single skill and it does not transfer from panel beating. A technician reaches behind the metal with a rod and pushes the dent out in dozens of small movements, reading the surface off a reflection board the whole time. Nothing is sanded, nothing is filled, nothing is resprayed. Done right, the panel is the panel it was before the storm.
That matters for two reasons people underrate. The first is resale: original factory paint is a line item on a used-vehicle inspection, and a resprayed panel reads as accident history whether or not there was an accident. The second is colour. Modern metallics and pearls are extremely hard to match across a panel edge, and a match that looks right in a shop can look wrong in daylight. If we never open the paint, there is nothing to match.
We are not a body shop and we do not pretend the technique is universal. Where the paint is cracked, where the metal is stretched past what a rod can recover, or where a panel is torn, a body shop is the right answer and we will say so at the estimate rather than after taking the job. That honesty is cheaper for us than a repair we cannot stand behind for the life of the vehicle.

Every car gets scanned under a reflection board, panel by panel, and you leave with a written figure. It is free and it carries no obligation. We do this in a controlled bay rather than in a driveway because hail is read by light, and a technician crouching in a parking lot misses dents a board shows immediately. Missed dents mean a short estimate, and a short estimate is your money, not ours.
Hail is a comprehensive claim in Alberta, not an at-fault collision, so nobody is assigned blame for a storm. We deal with the adjuster, the documentation and the follow-up. You are not the one chasing a claim number.
Every panel we repair is warranted for as long as you own the vehicle. A warranty like that is only worth the address behind it, which is the honest argument against the crews that appear in hotel car parks after a big storm and are three provinces away by September. We are at a fixed address in Ogden and intend to be next season.
